We are already more than 20 years active in the Costa del Sol so we know the area and all what is there to do We know where the best restaurants, bars, the closest supermarkets and shops are and of course where you can find the best beaches.  

We also have a large selection of properties to rent from one bedroom to family friendly large villas and penthouses. Don’t forget we are based in the Sitio de Calahonda Mijas  so we are always at hand to help out.

Ton & Zilla (owners)

We are both Dutch and have a passion for traveling and different cultures. After a trip around the world for almost a year we settled in Roatan, Honduras where we owned and ran a successful hotel and property management business for over 15 years. With family getting older, we decided to relocate back to Europe. We have marketing and financial backgrounds.

Suzanne (office manager)

Graduated from Stirling University in 1988 with an honors degree in Hispanic Studies. She came to the Costa del Sol in 1995 where she has been ever since. Work has included teaching Spanish/English, working for holiday rental companies and several of the big real estate companies on the coast. Suzanne has been with ACP Property for over 15 years and has an extensive knowledge of all our properties, the area and a great network.
