We also have a large selection of properties to rent from one bedroom to family friendly large villas and penthouses. Don’t forget we are based in the Sitio de Calahonda Mijas  so we are always at hand to help out.

Aneta (owner)

With a rich background originating from Poland, she brings over 15 years of experience from the UK, where she excelled as a qualified accountant and successfully cultivated and managed a diverse portfolio of rental properties. With a decade-long immersion in the property market, her expertise is unparalleled. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a passionate traveller and devoted mother. Her enthusiasm for property business and finance is palpable, driving her to relocate to Spain in 2023 with a steadfast commitment to establish a thriving new venture in the vibrant Costa Del Sol and elevate the trajectory of ACP Property to new heights! 

Suzanne (office manager)

Graduated from Stirling University in 1988 with an honors degree in Hispanic Studies. She came to the Costa del Sol in 1995 where she has been ever since. Work has included teaching Spanish/English, working for holiday rental companies and several of the big real estate companies on the coast. Suzanne has been with ACP Property for over 15 years and has an extensive knowledge of all our properties, the area and a great network.
